Also on my bucket-list is to see a show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Here is a little history-

• 1930s construction: The city of Denver purchased the land in 1928 and, with help from the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) and the Works Progress Administration (WPA) during the Great Depression, began construction of the current amphitheatre. It officially opened in 1941.

• Modern era: Since then, Red Rocks has hosted countless legendary performances—from The Beatles in 1964 to U2, Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks, and countless others—and remains a premier venue for both music and film events.

• Today: It’s not just a concert site but also a National Historic Landmark and a popular spot for hiking, yoga, and sightseeing, drawing millions of visitors each year.

1.  Cilantro, which is notoriously divisive.

2.  Black olives, which are also fairly divisive.

3.  Lettuce.  It's unclear if the main issue is wilted lettuce . . . the wrong type . . . OR if people are just opposed to "unnecessary" greens.

4.  Cheese.  This may come from people who are lactose intolerant, but several people specifically mentioned American cheese or liquid cheese sauce.

5.  Sour cream.

6.  Pineapple.  (???)

7.  Radish.

8.  Broccoli.

9.  Onion, particularly raw onion.

10.  Tomato, particularly raw or "mushy" tomato.

11.  Salsa, especially jarred salsa.

12.  Hot sauce, mainly TOO MUCH of it.

15.  Avocado or guacamole.  This is also controversial.  But it seems like more people are opposed to WARM guacamole or grilled avocado. 

After the show we did something I never have. We took a pedicab. That is one of those open air bike cabs where a guy is wheeling you to your next destination. Our guy was quite the daredevil and there were some scary moments but it was fun.

May is National Burger Month, and Red Robin is celebrating with a "Bottomless Burger Pass."  The passes will get you a burger and a bottomless side every day of the month of May . . . for only $20.

The Bottomless Burger Passes will be available at RedRobin.com starting tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern.  And if you want one, you should set an alarm, because there's only a limited number of them available, and they're expected to sell out quickly.

It's unclear HOW limited they'll be, but apparently they don't want to repeat Red Lobster's UN-limited "endless shrimp" fiasco.

• Dance It Out: Try a dance workout! Zumba, hip-hop, or just dancing to your favorite playlist in your living room. It’s cardio, but you’re too busy having fun to notice!

• Gamify It: Turn your workout into a game. Apps like Zombies, Run! or Fitness RPG make you feel like you're on a mission, and you won’t even realize you’re working out.

• Try New Activities: Sometimes, a change of scenery helps. Try swimming, rock climbing, hiking, or even cycling. It doesn’t feel like traditional cardio but still gets your heart rate up.

• Buddy Up: Workout with a friend. Having a workout partner can make cardio a lot more social and fun. You can even compete or challenge each other.

• Interval Training: Switch up your routine with intervals. Do a fast-paced burst followed by a slow recovery period. It can make cardio feel more like a series of mini-goals rather than one long slog.

• Use Music/Podcasts/Audio Books: Create a playlist that gets you pumped or listen to a podcast or audiobook while working out. You’ll be so focused on the entertainment, you might forget you're even exercising.

• Join a Class or Group: If you're into structure, join a group fitness class like spin, boot camp, or kickboxing. The energy of a group can really make cardio fly by.

• Track Your Progress: Set small, attainable goals like increasing the number of steps or running a bit further each time. Seeing progress can be a huge motivator.
